Back up and service is always the most important aspect of any business and we take this seriously. We take pride in the fact that we do our very best to keep our machines in operation. Our service centre is located at our premises in Msasa and we also provide a field service for customers who purchase industrial units from us.
We offer full training on our units and are more than happy to conduct site visits to check on important aspects such as water and power supply. Providing these services ensures that our customers will get the longest possible life out of the machines purchased.
With the introduction of Bosch powertools to our division we also offer service and spares back up for the Bosch range of powertools.
